Macau SLOT reported a 30 percent drop in profit for 2019 to MOP154.8 million ($19.3 million), according to Macau Business.
The company has an exclusive contract in Macau to operate instant lottery and betting on football and basketball. The report gave no reason for the decline in profit.
‘Last year, we improved the quality of the service and diversified the types of sports betting, according to the preferences of our customers. We will expand the betting center at Hotel Lisboa to offer a more comfortable experience to our customers,’ the company’s President, Ng Chi Sing, was cited as saying.
